PAY TO PLAY
Not a member of the Whangarei Squash Club. No problem - you can still book a court and play squash on a prepaid casual basis.
Follow the link below and complete the one-time registration form and once your registration is confirmed you can access our online booking system and prepay for a squash game.
The cost is $20 per court for a 45-minute session. Your booking will generate a pin number to allow access to the building and turn on the court lights.
Play 7 days a week from 7.00 am - 7.00 pm with bookings up to 8 days in advance.
Future bookings are easy, just log back into the booking system, select your court, prepay for your game and you are set to go.

Booking Instructions
Click on the link below to complete the registration process.
You will have received a confirmation email that will allow you to set up a username and password. Forgotten your details then go to Register | Whangarei Squash Club | Hello Club and request your details or contact the Whangarei Squash office.
Once logged into Hello Club - find the day and time you wish to play on the booking system and select. The system is set up to book one court and not multiple players.
Accept the conditions as shown and proceed to the payment screen. It is strongly recommended you tick the "send email" box as you will be then sent the important pin number to access the front door. Casual bookings can only be made 7am-7pm everyday including weekends.
Payment Screen - at the payment screen follow the instruction to complete payment. Once completed you will be issued a one-time pin number. The pin number will be included in the confirmation email mentioned earlier or you can go back to your original booking on Hello Club and the pin is viewable there.
At the Club - now you have your pin number, enter this at the front door to gain access to the building. Find the court corresponding to your booking. The court lights are sensors and will turn on when you walk on the court. Make sure the light switch is turned on outside the court if the lights do not activate. The session is 45 minutes.
