Casual pay to play

Not a member of the Whangārei Squash Club? No problem. You can still book a court and play squash on a prepaid casual basis.

  • $20 per court, $10 each
  • 45 minutes per session
  • 7am to 7pm, seven days
  • Book up to 8 days ahead

No membership commitments

Follow the link below and complete the one time registration form. Once your registration is confirmed you can access our online booking system and prepay for a squash game.

Your booking will generate a pin number to allow access to the building and turn on the court lights. Play seven days a week from 7am to 7pm, with bookings up to eight days in advance.

Future bookings are easy. Just log back into the booking system, select your court, prepay for your game and you are set to go.

Booking instructions

  1. Complete the registration

    You will receive a confirmation email that will allow you to set up a username and password. If you have forgotten your details, request them on Hello Club or contact the Whangārei Squash office.

  2. Find your time and select it

    Once logged into Hello Club, find the day and time you wish to play on the booking system and select it. The system is set up to book one court and not multiple players. Casual bookings can only be made 7am to 7pm every day, including weekends.

  3. Accept the conditions and pay

    Accept the conditions as shown and proceed to the payment screen. It is strongly recommended you tick the "send email" box, as you will then be sent the important pin number to access the front door.

  4. Get your pin number

    Once payment is completed you will be issued a one time pin number. The pin number will be included in the confirmation email, or you can go back to your original booking on Hello Club and view it there.

  5. At the club

    Enter your pin at the front door to gain access to the building, then find the court corresponding to your booking. The court lights are on sensors and will turn on when you walk on the court. If the lights do not activate, make sure the light switch outside the court is turned on. The session is 45 minutes.
