Programmes and tournaments
Club programmes run from February to December. Northland tournaments start in March and go through to the end of September.
During the week
Beginner club night
The best introduction to the club is Monday night beginner club night. Short games are arranged with players of similar ability, so if you are new to the game or club you will be looked after. A great way to meet new members and find new squash buddies.
Club night runs from February to December. No need to book, and non-members are welcome. Rackets and balls are provided.
Interclub
Graded club team competition played against other clubs in the region, held in autumn, winter and spring on Tuesday evenings.
Junior club night
Junior club night is from 3.45pm to 4.30pm on Wednesday afternoons, in structured groups of similar abilities. Junior club night is included in the junior membership.
Wednesday Squash Max
Our weekly league night is from 5pm on Wednesdays. It is an organised weekly graded competition against players with similar abilities and grades. Be sure to head up to the bar for a drink or two after your game.
Doubles
Doubles is played most Friday and Sunday afternoons if you want to give doubles a try.
Coaching
Coaching is offered for juniors and adults' groups, and one-on-one coaching. Get in touch about coaching.
Juniors
School and holiday programmes
School programmes. We run squash programmes for local schools of all ages to give squash a go.
Junior school holiday programme. During the school holidays we run a school holiday programme for junior players (under 19) new to squash, beginners, and E and J grades.

Tournaments
Feel like playing competitively against players from other clubs?
Squash tournaments in Northland start in March and go through to the end of September. The first tournament is held at the Whangārei Squash Club around the middle of March.
